How do I know if NEOZ can run my device?

NEOZ is compatible with devices that have a maximum power of 300W. Please ensure that your device specifications fall within this power range. If you are using multiple devices simultaneously, make sure that the total power consumption does not exceed 400W.

How long can NEOZ run my device?

The approximate run time of NEOZ can be calculated using the formula ≈179.2Wh*0.85/power of your device. The conversion rate of 0.85 accounts for 85% efficiency. The actual duration may vary depending on usage conditions.

Can the NEOZ supply last the entire night for my CPAP machine?

The 179.2Wh capacity may not sustain continuous use of a CPAP machine throughout the night. For uninterrupted sleep, we recommend considering a power station with a larger capacity.

If the power displayed on the screen is different from the actual power or if the power drains too quickly, does it indicate a malfunction?

In most cases, this is not indicative of a malfunction. The displayed power may become inaccurate after long-term storage. We recommend recharging and discharging the power station twice to calibrate the Battery Management System (BMS). DaranEner is constantly working to improve the accuracy of the BMS display.

What kinds of solar panels should I use to charge NEOZ?

NEOZ supports DC5521 input specifications: 10~30V DC, 4A (Max. 90W). We recommend using solar panels with a Voltage Open Circuit (VOC) in the range of 18~35V. A 22.5V 4A (90W) panel is suggested for optimal charging.
